Other TASKS to consider are :-

• Replacing broken tiles in the main pool area

• Cleaning of block stairwell tiles

• Grouting of block stairwell tiles (except 8B - done)

• Clean all blocks and indoor pool roof guttering (maybe when painting done)

• Flower planting in Gardens (many bare patches around the grounds)

• Planter lights (several blocks still don't have them)

• Tiles jet wash (around the indoor pool building)

• Flashing warning lights on garage doors

• Repair floor concrete inside the garages (see GARAGES project idea too)

• Repair stones at garage entrances

• Fix pot hole on right just beyond entrance/exit gates by main road

• Male Sauna ceiling (large gap either side of new lamp)

• Gym side doors lock (stop them being left open and people access gym via changing rooms)

• Smart lock for gym entrances (usage analysis)

• Self closing hinges pool gates (child safety)

• Indoor pool, air conditioning vents full of dust, wall tiles loose, 8 panes of glass with seals broken (steamed up inside), 32 plastic covers required for holes in the sliding doors (3D print them?).  Shower calcium stains on wall tiles. Also the West side floor vents face away from windows instead of towards them. South and East are OK.

• Need speed limit sign on the 'fast straight' part of internal road.

• Manolo agreed to fit a strip light on the decorative door header above all apartment entrance doors (813 has an example)

• The cream coloured aluminium cladding which is on all apartment exterior walls (by utility rooms) is prone to cracking and needs to be filled with translucent silicon to stop water ingress.   Also notify owners that original toilet cisterns are prone to hairline cracks and leaking.
