Tras unos 23 años, la vía interna ha sufrido daños por raíces de árboles. Será necesario excavar en cada uno de estos puntos, cortar y retirar las raíces y, lo más importante, sellar la entrada de la raíz en su origen, posiblemente con una placa de acero oculta. A continuación, se rellenará el hueco y, finalmente, se aplicará asfalto.
Las reparaciones puntuales, por supuesto, harán que la vía parezca reparada; sin embargo, esto se puede lograr con asfalto del mismo color, como se puede ver en los dos rectángulos de la rotonda exterior del bloque 8.

The overall condition of the road surface is very good (bottom photo). Where repairs have been carried out the colour of the repair blends in well with the rest of the road. These are high resolution photos to show repairs.
