Garages 

The entrances to the garages are in many cases, in need of repair..  The garage floors ideally need some repairs and to be freshly painted with modern paint specifically designed for garage and car park floors.

One only has to look at the La Canada car park and Marbella city car parks to see how these painted non slip floors look good, even  several years since they were done.

 

The first two pictures below is a typical block in La Trinidad,  uncared for, dirty, cracked and no wonder rats love it.

 

The next four pictures are from public car parks several years after their floors were painted.
