Internal Road

After some 23 years the internal road has suffered from tree roots causing damage.  The road will have to be dug up in each of these places, the roots cut and removed and most importantly, sealing the entrance for the root at the source, perhaps with a hidden steel plate.  Then the hole in the road will need to be filled and finally asphalt applied to the repair.

Individual repairs will of course make the road look like a repaired road, however this can be done with asphalt to match the colour - examples of this are the two rectangles on the roundabout outside block 8.

The other option - after the root removals and road repairs - is to then resurface the entire internal road (https://earth.google.com/earth/d/1J-sr-5Asv4eSyuBfBA_LpmqRp5I63ebO?usp=sharing).  See the attached quotes.

Note that this is all the damage to the road in these 28 photos.  Most will need to have the underlying problem (mostly roots damage) resolved PRIOR to any remedial repair or resurfacing. Click white circles.

The overall condition of the road surface is very good (bottom photo).  Where repairs have been carried out the colour of the repair blends in well with the rest of the road.  These are high resolution photos to show repairs.
