The outdoor pools do not have self closing hinges on the pool gates.  This means the pool safety fence is totally  compromised and any infant could just wonder into the pool enclosure and fall into a pool which is of course highly dangerous.  We need Self Closing Hinges.

We also need Smart Locks on the pool gates and the two community block doors which then access the indoor pool, changing rooms and the gym.  With Smart locks, controlled by WiFi, we can then digitally remove these facilities from owners who choose not to pay their community fees on time.  We can also ensure the pools are locked at night time when the community rules dictate that they should not be used.

We have started a project to replace cracked and sharp pool tiles by the main pools.  Also, a cleaning process to clean the tiles and prepare them for a special solution, sourced from an Italian manufacturer, to make the pool tiles less slippy.
